The location was marvellous for exploring this really quiet area, close to the pier with bags, the beaches, and the ferry port.

The hotel was in a particularly good location near to the best beaches and the ferry port and resturant.

The breakfast, the view, the garden, the decor, the wifi, the beds.

For us it was ideal.

The position of the hotel was decent, to the beach on te other side of the island. Moreover, it was not far from the 5 beaches. The breakfast offered a wide array of awesome meals.

It boasts favourable, lovely location adjacent to Thailand, naban pier and tawean beach and beautiful garden. Also, it's around 10-15 minutes walk from a small island.

The resort is conveniently located near the main town and provides a peaceful and quiet environment. With its beautiful gardens and nice room balconies, it offers a lovely place to relax. It is also close to various stunning beaches, such as Tayaiy, Tien, Nual, Samae. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout the stay. the facilities, including AC and hot water, are in good condition.

Some rooms may experience weak Wi-Fi signal on the second floor.

We had a wonderful stay at The Castello Resort. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist us from the moment we arrived until we said goodbye. The location was lovely, with a small garden for guests to relax in. The rooms were spacious and the design of the property was nice. We especially enjoyed the buffet-style breakfast, which exceeded our expectations with its well-prepared salad bar, juice station, and hot station. The resort also had a great island vibe, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The location was decent and convenient, near the garden in the evening, the 5 beaches accessible by taxi, and city centre.

The location of the hotel was great - close to restaurants, shops, and one of the best beaches on the island. The room was clean and had a great view of the city and the sea. The buffet breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of options including fresh vegetables, eggs, sausages, ham, fruits. There was also a daily hot dish, although it wasn't vegetarian-friendly.

The balcony in our room was small and had an unattractive view. the road leading to the hotel was in poor condition and lacked proper lighting at night.

The a double room was new-fashioned, it had climate control, TV, and a refrigerator. The hotel had comfortable and decent location close enough to the beach on te other side of the island, naban pier and tawean beach, and the ferry port.

Free shuttle to pier and beach, stunning terrace and garden, stylish and comfortable, onsite restaurant with beautiful garden views, everything I needed for a cozy stay.

Oh, the inconvenience of being surrounded by natural beauty and having access to a free shuttle service. Terrible!

The hotel was good looking, as you can expect from Ko Lan. The standard queen room was modern with climate control, multi-channel television, and a fridge. The super friendly staff greeted us with a smile. We enjoyed the Thai cuisine in the restaurant.

Shame about the lack of wifi and breakfast options, but hey, who needs those when you have a great garden view from the restaurant?
